I have a 97 camaro (putting a 98 LS1 in it Christmas). I read about the stock steering rack not allowing enough clearance, but I'll be using the LS1 steering rack, so header brand/type shouldn't be too much of an issue right?

Bottom line: will a certain brand of headers cause fitment issues as opposed to others. Just wanted to double check. Thanks.

You should be able to put on ne brand for the LS1 if your using ls1 steering rack
