Default I'm supposed to make this engine beautiful?????

Hey, im up for a challenge..

Here is my "new" 2000 Camaro LS1 engine.. had 23k on the odometer and a matching 4L60E trans. Came will all you see (including the dirt) and the computer, MAF and all the goodies.

Paid $2800 shipped for the whole deal.. now to get it on an engine stand over at Don Lees and get it clean and stripped of all the crud I dont need like AC, Smog, etc..

I thought this would make a good "before" picture.

Anyone have any Simple Green???

When mine came I put it in the back of my truck and went to the car wash. I just sealed all the openings before I started washing.

Sorry, AC already sold..

No AC or heat for now.. will eventually get a nice vintage air system all hidden away.

I thought mine was bad. I still keep finding acorns and hay from where it flipped in a field.
