Running too rich?

Running too rich? So my motor was tuned and has cats, but the exhaust is still extremely potent. I always leave a blue cloud when I go WOT and with normal driving I get about 9 miles per gallon. I understand the large tires and poor aerodynamics don't exactly help, but other that have done this swap seem to fare much better in terms of fuel economy. Does the MTI X1 really let that much unburnt fuel through? The motor runs great, but I am starting to think it is getting too much fuel. Thoughts?

I figured out that my speed density calibration was off. The motor thought it was getting way more air than it was, and used tons of fuel. I plugged my MAF back in and it got a whole lot better.
