4l60E years / Hi I have been looking around for a few days(maybe weeks) around here.
I have a question that seems I can find a thread about.
I have a 2005 5.3 that came out of an avalanche, which I planning a transplant to a 1984 chevy P/U, I was going to use the original 700R4 tranny but I have the dbw set up and dont really want to change the throttle body, besides my 700R4 is the original tranny in the p/u.
my question is will the 4l60E from lets say a 2001 model fit my harness connectors or did they change some from 2001 to 2005?
all your help is very helpfull, I am very confident I can pull this swap now they I have read lot , and lots of info in this forums,
