Big or small block engine mounts for F body?
In what? a first gen bird? You need sbc frame stands. You can get them on Ebay for like $30 for the pair from Tmaraz parts or something. Thats where i got mine.
Then you will need SBC engine mounts, then LS1 adapter plates for the SBC mounts.

I had prothane SBC mounts that i had to bend open slightly to get it to fit over the SBC frame stands for whatever reson. You might have to do the same. The bolt pulls them back tight so it doesnt hurt to over bend them.
I have been researching engine stands today and I have found out that there are two different SBC for first gen cars. There is a 307/327 stands and the 302/350 stands. The 307/327 stands are about 2.5" wide and the other is slightly narrower. The factory made the 302/350 mounts in 69 to accomodate the larger balancer on the hipo engines. I have a thread going over on teamcamaro.com about the differences between the two SBC stands and I will post up what I find out.
