Started the car, ran they wouldnt start again, please Help...

reset the pcm, fixed the ect code, wire had a break. Still will not shift gears and is in limp. Anyone have some input ? The tranny harness is getting power. No speedo either. The only thing i am thinking is the pin inside the tranny broke.
