C5 cast iron headers
I am building a 1937 Chevy and I may have to make them, does any one have the correct hole dimensions?
Try Stainless Works, they are a sponsor. I know they make exhaust systems for the C5 Corvettes, so they might have something that bolts to the factory manifold.
If you don't have any luck, consider buying a set of the early C5 Corvette manifolds. I think they were '97-'98 only. They were a 2-ply steel design, created to insulate the engine compartment from heat. The manifolds didn't even come with heat shield. If you get a set of those, you can easily cut the flange off and weld on whatever you want because they are steel and not cast iron. I am pretty sure the v-8 Fiero guys do this and it works for them.
PM if you are looking for a set... I think I have some nice clean ones in storage.

I've got the same manifolds and I might try to make a couple out of steel plate.
Oh yeah, dont forget the donut inserts to seal them. Ecklers has them.

I got sone 1/8" steel and I'll bend the outside edge around it for support. I figured that would be easier than making them out of 3/8" steel.
