The problem is that the reluctor wheel on the crank is a 24 tooth in a Camaro SS, when installed in a C6 it needs to be 58tooth , there any other options like a conversion box you put on the sensor cable tricking the computer to think it is a 58tooth or anything custom or any solution

I would look at swapping the PCM as stated - that should be fairly easy and it doesn't look like you have any emissions worries
I guess it depends on what sounds easier...
1. Change the crankshaft reluctor ring, or
2. Rewire the computer connectors, install new computer
A conversion box does not exist to convert a 24 tooth engine to 58 tooth, only the other way around.
