aftermarket speedo on 4l80e

aftermarket speedo on 4l80e I am hooking up my speedometer to my 80e which is an 03 model my speedometer has two wires that both say from pulse generator my harness has one wire that says to speedo. I called the gauge manufacturer they said do not hook the two wires up to the harness but hook them up to the speed sensor i told the tech that an 80e has two speed senors but he assured me that it has only one so what speed sensor should i hook the two wires up two? This is a programmable speedo if that helps, any help is appreciated 
hook up to the rear sensor-i guess your not using the stock chevelle speedometer
Abbott makes a cool mech speedometer converter i used on my 4l80e for the chevelle, its pretty accurate too-someone on ebay makes has a sensor pigtail that i got, if you dont have one
