I'm relatively new to the forum so I hope I'm posting in the right place. Here's my issue:

I successfully completed a 5.7L to 5.3L swap in my 95 Silverado last year. Everything works great but I can't figure out how to get my P-N-D-2-1 to light up when I put the thing in gear. When I swapped in the motor, I also swapped in the updated 04 4l60e. Is there a way to wire it up into the instrument panel so I can see what gear I'm in?

it Will be a custom job. you must measure one by one cable from the new natural safety switch on the trans, and find the other ends from the instrument cluster. its not the same switch?
