whats the cheapest route?
whats the cheapest route? I am getting prepared to install my 5.3. I am trying to figure out the cheapest method for the accesory drive. I am only going to be running waterpump, alt. and crank. What would be the cheapest way to do this?
-cheapest would be to make your own alternator bracket and put it where you want.
-If you have room use a camaro alternator bracket and balancer. Alternator down low on drivers side.
-Check out yellowz's sticky for retroing an older altenator
-Could use the truck setup too as thats cheap from the junkyard but alternator sits high.
