Default WTF wrong with this fan?

i got the fan to work once when the temp reached about 220 f. green wire from pin 42 blue conn. im using 1 relay and 1 fan. the relay wiring is all correct cause it worked once, now it wont turn back on. ive also got code p0481 for the fan ctrl circuit relays 2 &3 or something. can anyone shed some light on this?

also, can the circuit for 2 3 fan relays be removed from the ecm if im only going to use this one circuit.

in my stock program fan1 was set to turn on at 226 and off at 209... and yes, you can turn the extra codes off, either with hptuners or pay someone who has it

I believe RED #33 is the Fan #2 & 3 Relay Control Wire from the PCM..it should be a green wire. This is for an F-body Harness though..

99-02 F-body fan wires are C1-42(low speed) dark green and C2-33(high speed) dark blue.
