5.3 harness plugs?

5.3 harness plugs? so i'm hooking all the plugs up to my motor so i can label everything and know where it all goes. it's a 2005 5.3
I don't have a plug for the alternator (4 pins) or map sensor plug (to plug into the back of the ls1 intake) in my harness.
I also have some extra plugs with no place to go. Can you guys help me identify what these plugs are?
these two are in the same little loom extension

#1and2 are for the trans. Vss and Trans controls
#3 is the trans selector switch. PRNDLL etc.
#9 and #10 Look like the plugs for the TAC module.
You need to get some better pictures of the rest.
I ran into a problem with my harness it only had a two pin connector for the alt. I had to switch it out.

#1 - Auto Trans
#2 - Vehicle Speed Sensor
#3 - Park Neutral Switch
#4 - 2 wire Alternator connector
#5 - A/C compressor
#6 - Oil Level (oil pan)
#7 - Crank Position
#8 - Mass Air Flow Sensor
#9 & 10 are just inline connectors, they plug between the engine harness and body harness for signals to dash and power etc.
#11 - MAP sensor
#12 - another inline connector, most likely from a 4x4 truck harness.
Did I pass?

alright, so do i have 2 map sensors then? i thought the sensor on the back of the ls1 intake was the map sensor & i have it connected.
as for changing the alternator plug from 2-wire to 4-wire, is these is simple pinout for this? everything i've found in search keeps talking about wiring in a resistor, etc.
for the auto trans & park neutral switch, do i just get rid of these since i've got a t56?
and i can't find a place to plug in the oil level plug (gto ls2 oil pan) is this plug needed or can i delete it too?

Should only be 1 map sensor, wire colors are orange/black, green, and gray. I can see the wires in the background of the photo, so I assumed that was the connector. What color wires are going to that one?
Should just be able to change the connector I would think.
Get rid of the auto trans wiring if you are running a T-56, unless you really want to have it laying around doing nothing.
Don't need the oil level sensor.

CAM/CRANK/MAP all look alike
CAM/CRANK are the same, just different color
MAP has the notch moved to the other side of the connector
Best for sure way to trace is with a multimeter
Oil level switch is a convenience thing and not necessary, trace and remove the terminals
Dont remove the P/N wire. The PCM requires some signal that the car will not be in gear for startup. A few people on TGO required both Blue 32 and 34 to be grounded to start while others required only one. If you find you dont need it, then tuck it back in the loom
