Help with PS pump return tube I picked up a ps pump from an envoy and there is no return tube like on the GTO pump I already have. The return tube is a pretty small piece of tubing and costs almost $40 from the dealer.
Any other ideas? If I tapped it, what size thread do you suggest and what threaded fitting would I use?

from a V8 envoy? that should have had a plastic reservoir with it that has the return fitting on it (I actually have one in my garage). If you don't have one, then you'll need to tap that return fitting and use a remote reservoir from another vehicle. 1/2" npt will work.
ahh, I see. 1/2" NPT would be the easiest, you probably wouldn't even need to drill it out. stick a npt to -6an adapter in there with some red loctite on the threads and it shouldn't leak or cause any trouble. pretty much any vendor on ls1 tech or your local speed shop can get what you need.
