4L60E on a 6.0

4L60E on a 6.0 I will be installing a 6.0 on my 70 Chevelle as soon as it gets out of the Body Shop. However in the meantime I am (or should be) tinkerign with the harness. My question is will the connectors from the 4L80E that my engine/harness originally came with fit the 4L60E?
They will physically connect, but I was told that a couple wires had to be switched... Is that so? Do any of you have any info on that?
Has anyone run a 4L60E with a 6.0 and a truck harness?

It is an '02 6.0, and since it was originally a 4L80E engine it already comes with the spacer and flexplate to mount a first gen tranny onto it.
As a matter of fact that was the question, my harness was originally a 4L80 harness and I wil be plugging up a '98 4L60E.
I would like to know which wires to modify in my harness if there were any.
Any ideas?
