Im not saying you have to start with a pos. My regal had 98k and everything was original. But it was a base model with a 307 olds boat anchor and a
200-4r. I didnt start with a GN or GNX.

Regardless opinions are opinions and everyone has their own. I say good luck with the car whatever you decide to do b/c at the end of the day it is your car and therefore you can do whatever you want with it. Now Im gonna go have a beer.

I agree with you (as im having a beer) and your base model regal was probably worth more then and now then that BEAUTIFUL HONDA and thats

Lol my 68 Firebird was a 3 speed OHC 6 Sprint. Cut it up and go for it man!

as there is one in a museum, that’s good enough, I say cut it up.

Think of all the iron we saved by recycling those old hulky crap engines lol. When I pulled the all iron 307 with the trans the engine hoist almost broke. Slightly off topic but hell I've been drinking.

Z600? There was a CLEAN one for sale here in the Tampa area not too long ago, same color, but bone stock. Is that the one you obtained?
