do ls1 and the lq4 use the same motor mounts and location? im looking to get a mounting kit for my lq4 and im wondering if the ls1 one will work. no one makes one for an lq4.

 

The block and mounting locations are the same for the Gen III's engines. They will interchange.

There are six bolt holes that you can use for mounting engine mounts.. but in general, most use the front four, I have seen some sand rails use the back four.
