Default swap and inspection questions?

So I am near the end of my swap. I did an ls1 into a v6 firebird. I was wondering about a few things.

1. What happens when my actual car milage is different then the engine milage?
2. The ls1 computer has the ls1 car vin in the computer, its obviously different then the v6? What needs to be done?

Dont know that anyone ever worries about 1. above. You can note that you installed an LS1 at X mileage.

With 2, when you get it tuned (?), the VIN can be adjusted to reflect the VIN for your car.

This is a double edged sword, some tuning packages need the right VIN for the PCM to do their stuff, some don't.
