Vats
Vats ok so ive been doing the notorious LSX swap in a gbody, i have everything installed and wired to my best of knowledge other than VATS Not being disabled yet from the PCM, I was probaly going to test fire tomm but figured id ask to avoid any unnesciary cranking without any fire, What exactly does VATS control and is there any way to bypass it simply??

VATS will shut the motor off after 3-5 seconds of run time. What is the PCM out of? If its an f-body PCM you can build a VATS bypass box (see FAQ sticky) if the PCM is from a GTO, vette, or truck your outta luck, have to have it flashed out.
02 Ws6 pcm, so ill see what this box is all about haha ill need a tune anyway i dont exactly have a stock ls1 anyhow but i did want to hear it run before i send pcm out, TSP 5.3 2.5 heads MS3 cam Vengence ported 90/90, 1 7/8ths long tubes from BRP.. she should fly 
*edit* Ordered a box for 20 bonez. ill keep vats for security reasons, i wanted to make something hidden anyway and this looks to be the ticket, Gbodys are notorious for being jacked and when word on the street gets around whats in this one itll be a peice of prime rib to some hoodlem haha
