!!06 GTO LS2 to LS3 418!!! Okay guys i need some help. I have an 06 GTO that i want to do an engine swap to. I have a 418 LS3 shortblock and a L76 intake manifold and thats pretty much it. My question to you guys is what else do i need. Trying to build on a somewhat budget so keep that in mind. I was wondering if i could use the same 243 heads for a bit and then step up to some aftermarket heads down the road. What can i change over from my current engine to the 418, and what else do i need to buy? Im a newbie to this kinda stuff so any help is appreciated guys. Thanks!!

The L76intake is for the rectangular port heads. Your 243 heads are the regular cathedralport heads. I believe you can run the 243s, but you need the matching intake.
