Default brakes question

i have a 70 lemans with a ls1 and i used the booster from the 2000 T/A to power my 4 wheel discs. Ive been driving it for a bit now and the brakes require alot of effot to make it stop, its almost like they are non-power. Right now im just using the factory drum-drum proportioning valve, so i dont know if thats the problem or if its something with the booster, any help would be great, thanks

What master are you using ? You said you used the booster.. only, and not the master?

Drum and Disk Masters have different pistion size and travel.

the master cylinder is also from the T/A

I would suspect the P-valve is the problem.. since the TA most likely had ABS, you could do away with the P-Valve and use an adjustable valve for the rear.

Are you sure that you got all of the air out of the system ?
