TAC trouble

TAC trouble After driving the truck for a year I'm suddenly having this problem. Intermittent stalling and engine being sent into reduced power mode.
Here are the trouble codes.
P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) module actuator position performance
P2135 Generic throttle pos sens/switch a/b correlation
I checked with my scan tool to see if the accelerator was providing accurate info to the TAC. All I have is the tps abslte %. It seemed to provide smooth increase in percentage all the way to wot. The problem is it reached wot at about half pedal.
Now I'm wondering if I have the correct TAC module. The engine has never run 100% since the install.
