lq9 ---> c5 vette Ok guys,
I THINK i have all I need and im ready to start to put the engine in. The old engine was completely taken out along with anything attached.
Anyone that has done this swap please advise.
I have clutch, flywheel, valve covers, coils, intake fuel rails, injectors, timing chain cover, rear cover, top cover with knock sensors, some conversion bracket for ps and alternator, alternator, tensioner, Tr55s,wires, oil pressure sending unit, 1 7/8" headers, FAST 92/90, oil pan w/pickup and windage tray. Ill get the AC stuff after its running. Anything you can think of that I may have missed please advise. I will be dropping all of this stuff to the shop. The engine was a build from TSP. I also ordered HP tuners. I will drop the timing to 18 deg for starters. Any other tips to help the conversion go smooth would be appreciated.
