What PCM/harness to use
What PCM/harness to use Im getting a 5.3l probably LM7 that has had the harness cut and has no PCM. My question is would i be able to use a LS1 harness and PCM and just change injectors and such? Or do i need to get a 5.3l harness and PCM? Ill be using a LS1/LS6 intake and a cabled throttle body. Any help would be much appreciated!

well if u use a ls1 harness it will work right into the ls1 injectors and stuff if u change out. besides the maf being a 3pin. if u go with a 5.3 u will have to change the injector clips to ls1 clips (if u go with ls1/6 intake)since the 5.3 is for truck injectors and the truck maf plug will be a 5 pin.
