Fuel rail covers on a camaro?
Will either of these fuel rail covers fit directly onto my 2001 camaro LS1?

I did use FRC from a corvette on my 1989 firebird. You can probably squeeze them into the engine bay, but I had to cut out a small section of the back corner on the pass. side, near the blower motor.
I believe mine are from an early model corvette with a fuel regulator, as I have a fuel rail with a regulator on it and it had the correct mold to fit around it. Talk about lucky.

I received a double shipment of covers when I bought them so I had a little luxury to try things out. The mods were for the drivers side as the ECS system had a valve that was mounted to the back of the block, and the shape was such that if came right over the valve cover so the FRC would not clip onto the rail in the back. I modified the first set of FRC's, but they just didn't fit right. For the second set, I moved the ECS valve to behind the master brake cylinder. I had to install a longer piece of rubber tubing to make the distance. This change allowed me to use the new driver side FRC as-is. So mine are stock - unmodified other than I put CAMARO tags over the CORVETTE molded letters.
