ls1 harness question?

What is the difference between the 5.7 ls1 harness and the 5.3 engine harness. I know that they have different injector types but are there any other major differences?

PCM placement, basic routing, intake sensor locations, truck vs car body connectors, possible DBW, fuse block or absence etc

Nothing that couldnt be modified to use. If you're doing minimal wiring changes then go with the car harness. If you're doing it right and rebuilding it, pick the cheapest harness thats in decent condition

3 wire vs 5 wire MAF, 1 wire vs 2 wire ALT, INJ connectors, coil connectors(not an issue)
