no fire input please???

Exclamation no fire input please???

car wil lturn over but will not start getting fuel but no spark..
its ls1 reworked factory harness, factory fuel injection etc, crank sensor is plugged in and everything seem to work fine just no spark?? first time i have tried to get running.. it dont seem to be geting the signal to coil packs from the computer to engine..

Was VATS tuned out?

yes computer was instaldded in other car to program and run car fine..

seems to me that its either the crank sensor or cam sensor

when you say it is getting fuel, does that mean it has fuel pressure, or the injectors ARE firing. If you can get a noid light, you can verify injector pulses. If Yes, that means it is getting a crank sensor signal.

VATS shuts off fuel, so even if it WAS a vats problem, you would STILL have spark.

First off, check for power & ground at each valve cover coil harness connector. On the 8 pin plug, Pin H is Pink, should be hot with KEY on and during CRANK. Make SURE its hot when cranking. Some accessory 12v+ sources turn OFF during crank.
On the 8 pin plug, Pin A is engine ground, make sure that is good.

Does fuel pump prime for two seconds at key on?
Does fuel pump turn back on when cranking (and stay on 2 seconds after stopped cranking)

that should get you started in diagnosing the problem.

Check the pnk wire that goes to the key on (crank lead) that should send hot signal to the ECM and that will solve your problem with power to the coil

double check the coil pack harness are grounded as well, just went through this spent several days working on it to find we missed ground the wire that went to the packs.
