Please help, swap questions!!!1 I have for some reason let a friend of myn talk me into buying a fox coupe car. Now the little 306 that is in the car feels gutless after being in LSX based cars for so long. I was starting to think of building a 408 stroker with a c4 setup. Then when I was walking out of the shop I forgot that I had a
LS1 from a 99 ss and a 4l60e tied to it. Now the intake is busted up also in this motor and am looking to do things as cheap as possible here. I was wondering if anyone would post some part numbers for converting the motor to a carb intake and what carriage setup would be best. Also plan on backing it with a turbo 400 and letting 4l60 go. Also trying to stay away from computer setup as much as possible. If anyone has done this which I see alot has please give me a round about number on what it costs to do this swap. I have built a few quick street fbodys dipping slightly in the single digits with way to much juice. So Im figuring the same bullet proof bottem end and great top setup I use with alot of juice should fly in this car. I just dont know how it will act with a carb setup. Any info would greatly appreciated.
