ive got corvette coil packs that plug in at bottom but my wires have different plugs that go into the top. don't know what to do

You mean the Plug Wires?

If so then yes they are different, there is a short and long version.

If you are talking about the extension harnesses that connect from the main engine harness to the coilpacks......then yes the 5.3L and LS1 ones are different. They both have the same connector on the side that connects to the engine harness, but the individual connectors for the 8 coils are different.

thanks g-body thats what i needed to know. do the truck coil packs work better? im doing a carbd 5.3 swap and have corvette ones now.

The round ones with the Aluminum Cooling Fins on the top are supposed to be the best ones.
