GM compatible temp sensor 1/8" NPT?
GM compatible temp sensor 1/8" NPT? I'm keeping the original temp gauge in my 68 vette, LS conversion. I put the huge temp sensor in the drivers side threaded block plug by drilling and threading it. It turns out that location is giving me high temp readings compared to the temp bosses on the heads. It could be heat from the exhaust manifolds is causing it.
I would like to find a 1/8" NPT sender to use in the head that's compatible with the GM gauge. I've listed the temp/resistance below. Anyone know of one?
