ls1 to lm7 swap ?'s

ls1 to lm7 swap ?'s ok found a motor any have a few more ?'s that have come to mind, as of right now my ls1 has a new timing setup and oil pump...a 5.3 is going in it the ls1's place
now for the ?'s
should i swap the oil pump & timing chain to the lm7 or leave it alone?
will i need to alter the wiring harness? (will be using original ls1 harness)
after motor is in place will the it need to be retuned before car is considered driveabe if so who is a good tuner that will come to the hernando pasco area?
