won't crank, any Ideas??? Okay, here is what I have done: I have checked the injectors, they all click and seem to fire. I have rechecked all my wires and I have came across I possible problem. I had my wiring done by dynotech in CA, they didn't include a Torque converter/clutch wire. I dont know if they could have reprogrammed the cpu or if that is impossible considering it needs 12V at all times. So far this is the only possiblity I can think of. Does anyone else have any ideas where I could begin to trouble shoot? Also, are there any diagnostic computers out there that will help me??

Do you know if the ECM was reprogrammed at all? VATS would have to be turned off unless you setup a VATS sim. Could even be the Throttle position sensor. If it's bad the motor won't fire. Or a bunch of other things, sorry but there are a number of things that could cause this.
Is this an A4 or M6 setup? For an A4 the Torque converter wire should just be so that the TC will lock up. Otherwise it's always unlocked. Not the best for performance but would not stop the motor from running. That is unless you're talking about another wire.
You could use Autotap or EFILive to give any codes the ECM is throwing. Did dynotech include a diagnostic plug in the harness? Not familiar with their work so I don't know what they do to a harness.

Do you have spark? Are the PCM and iginition wires routed to the switch On and Start positions? It's an easy mistake to have those wires going to just On, then when you try to start, they are off.
Is your switch broken? Mine inexplicably was. Worked with the old motor, somehow, coincidentally, after the new motor was in, the switch didn't work anymore. Easy to test.

Make sure the pink wire with the red line has power when the ignition is on. I also had that same problem .Also check that you ran the purple wire to the ignition switch. I also got my harness from Dynatech, call him and ask him if that clutch wire is necessary. Good luck
