Default g body swap need help

i need some info on which motor mounts to use also i been told i need a alternator relocation bracket for the steering box clearance any 1 do a ls1 el co swap need info

well in bought an ls1 from a 00 camaro z28 and trying to put it in my 82 el camino ifound some motor mounts on summit but i dont want to use the clam type motor mounts id perfer polyurene mounts i found a good cross member with original parts group once i drop itin i hear the alternator hits the steering box so i was looking for a alternator relocation bracket then the headrs i dont knw which will fit the clearance then som help with the wiring harness

I used the BRP mounts when I stuck my 00 z28 ls1 in my 87 monte carlo...didn't have to relocate the alternator, but it is tight...I have some pictures of the alternator and steering gearbox area if you'd like to see them.

Doesn't sound like I'll be much help then lol. I'd opted out of the headers for now to buy the rest of the stuff to get it running and driving so I was using the stock camaro manifolds. Unfortunately some DA pulled out in front of me and the car is totalled so I guess maybe i'm lucky i didnt put them on yet. Any particular pictures you're looking for? I have a few, but hadn't taken hardly any pictures. Was waiting to get all the wiring and few leaks I had fixed before a photoshoot.

well i was wonder how much clearance is there withe the alternator and may i ask how you are doing the harness im confused on that part

I just used the F-body harness. Theres a few wires from the old harness that I used for power supply and ignition stuff. Here's a pic of the alternator area and gear box...

was up ppl. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!! i want to do a GM 6.0L LQ9 swap on a 1988 MONTE CARLO LS T-TOP. any one have a list of PARTS that i need to get it started. P.S i dont have the wire harness that goes with the motor and also the motor came out a 2006 escalade AWD. i would just want the motor to start like if it was still in the TRUCK (stock) HELP MEEEE!!!!
