Temp fitting?

Do you guys know if the stock 98' ls1 temp sensor will also fit in where the plug is on the rear pass-side head or does it require an adapter nhere also?

It fits, thread is correct. It just didn't operate in the same resistance range as my 68 gauge.

Just make sure you don't need the special one that my 4.8L needed.....$44.00 versus $11.00 for the one more commonly used.
