Nab a set of hotrod SBC adapter plates and the LT1 mounts should bolt up. LS1 AC will not clear but such is the price

You still have clearance issues with the LT1 steering rack

Do you mean the pedestal to hold the mount up or the part pictured in the drawing? I made everything on my car and cut it all out with a plasma cutter.

Solid mounts like this ? The way I did it was , install the plates to the motor then install the motor and trans into the car level it and set the height while it is sitting on a floor jack . when you got the clearance where you want it then measure for the pedistal . When you get the pedistal made bolt it to the car , set the motor down on it re-adjust if necessary when it's exactly where you want it tack weld it in a few places , remove and weld it up . Stan

the pedestal
I essentially did what SSSUCH did for alignment with the pedestal and welded it to my original frame. There are tons of ways to do this and you can get as pretty as you want. This car is a low budget throw together and time was limited so I Simply used some 3/16" plate and a bit of tube to make an "A" with the tube at the top. The tube at the top is where the horizontal bolt goes through for the upper motor mount. In my case I used typical street rod (1967 Camaro) mounts on home made adapter plates similar to your drawing. My adapter plate bolt spacing was different due to my application but that will get you close.
