Just a thought have you checked ecm voltage.Are all the earths in order.I recently had a issue with a converted ls1 where the engine earths appeared fine but under load they were not making a sufficient earth. The ecu voltage was dropping as engine/electrical load increased. Was fine at idle and free reving. Another thought what type of surge tank arrangement are you using? Are you using a lift pump that may not be able to supply enough fuel. Have you changed fuel filter.

I'm just not sure yet. I used a painless harness and there is a mini fuse block right next to the ecm for it. The fuel system is all new included ing the fuel tank. I'm going to swap out the O2's and try that
