Looks like your well on your way, Here is some pics of my 48 FleetMaster Coupe. I put on some GTO covers that came with the motor but in the process of modifying them and should have them done next week.

Sometimes we get lucky. I was pretty sure that a batwing pan wasn't going to fit. Man, it was close to interfering with the Mustang II strut arms.
However, because it ended up looking like it will work, I gained MASSIVE ground clearance.

I've got a 42 sedan with the 46 front end on it. It needs an LS for my boys car when he turns 16 I think. I wish mine was a coupe but you take what you can find. Plus it was cheap.

Cincyspeed I believe does tunes, but I just got a mail order tune as I'm not looking for every ounce of power out of this setup. I also heard there was a shop in Columbus that does them called Custom LS1 tuning. I think Bill Wright is doing the work there. I have not had any experience with them, however.
A mechanic from Cincyspeed built my motor and will dyno tune it there shortly. I'm very happy with the work done to my car.
I know its been a long time since I updated this thread. Mostly because I have been doing boring stuff like wiring and messing with things that don't photograph well.
So what have I done?
Vintage Air evaporator mounted under the dash, messed with making some interior panels, wires wires and wires, buying parts for the rear suspension and shocks, bought a front swaybar, painted the engine and trans and re-installed, shaving the intake and have it out for paint, and some little things here and there.
Now for the fun stuff.
I started bolting the March Performance pulley system on last night.
Not 100% done yet, but its starting to take shape.
So what have I done?

Verdad Gallardo I may still be able to fit AC if i make my own bracket, but for now its running w/o. I want to get the car drivable before i deal with luxuries. I was once told a hot rod is never comfortable to drive, you learn to be comfortable in your hot rod!
