I don't see the need for a second battery either.
Fuel injected motors take a lot of juice to run. The O2 sensor heaters and FI stuff have some pretty big fuses on them. ABS brakes do too.
But your truck doesn't seem more demanding than the wife's minivan. All the stuff above plus heated seats, power doors, nav, stereo with subwoofer, TV-DVD, 115 volt outlets. Each O2 sensor has a 25 amp fuse. I think it's main fuse is only 140 amp.
Not sure how you would tell for sure though. I would guess hook a voltmeter up in the dash somewhere then turn everything on. If it can't maintain 14+ volts than maybe you have a problem. Wiring can make a difference in that too.
