What to do with A/C wiring for swap?

What to do with A/C wiring for swap? I'm following the harness info on lt1swap for my swap. I have a 98 chevy c1500 and am putting a 04 lq4 in it. I have a harness from a 01 silverado, drive by cable. I'm working on the harness and got most stuff figured out except for the a/c wires since lt1swap takes them out. here is what i got, 3 connectors
1. Black-Ground
Dk Green-A/C low pressure signal switch
2. Black-Ground
Dk Green- A/C compressor clutch solenoid feed
3. Lt Blue- A/C high pressure cutout switch
Dk Green/white- A/C Request signal
Can someone help me out here i'm not sure where they go. I'm planning if possible to use my stock a/c system with a different compressor. Probably a compressor out of the 01 silverado if it will fit. Just not sure where the wires go.

I wish I would have known about the wideband control using EGR wires before I yanked all those pins.
