LQ9 in 4th gen retaining a/c?
Most of the wires will line up, there is one that is not there in the LS Harness that there with the LT1.
As long as you are using a LS K-member and stock AC Brackets it should work fine.
I dont see why you wouldn't be able to use the Lines from a LS1 Car..

Use the lines from the LT1 and bend it to clear the compressor. Theres a pic in my link. It doesn't really show it but its very simple. When you go to bolt the line on you'll see what you need to do. The temp sensor in the evaporator core is no longer used because the LS1 pcm doesn't have that input. Mine hasn't frozen over without it.
