No cruise control??

No cruise control?? Ok First time starting a thread. I have 2004 5.3 4L60E Escalade motor DWB that went into IH scout 2. My problem is I have the cruise switch all hooked and the brake switch also( hot when brake is on), TCC in also hooked up(hot all the time unless brake is pushed), but I cant get that cruise to work at all.
I'm getting power 12 volts(cruise on # 14) and momentary 12 volts when button is pushed ( Set/coast # 4 and resume/accel # 5), and 12 volts when brake pedal is pressed # 6, at the tac module, like I should. But still doesnt work. Im sure my tac module is good, at least my throttle pedal works great anyway.
Im really at a loss, at where to test next I guess. Anyone else have that problem when they did a conversion?
My switch was a closed circiut switch and I used two realys to make it a open circuit switch, which is what is required for this motor. From this thread

And the reason I went with the two relays, the scout cruise control/ blinker lever is set in a groove kinda, and then a screw goes in to hold it on.
Im not aware of any newer ones that mount like that, that will work witht his cruise control. If there please let me know.
Has anbody else did a conversion and not get the cruise to work? Is there something in the PCM I need to program( I cant find anything in it). The vechicle I got the motor from had cruise control.
