LSx TTY bolts. Are there any bolts on the LSx engines that CAN be reused? I understand you need to replace head,harmonic balancer bolts. But does this hold true to the intake manifold (including TB) waterpump & timing cover?

I'm not sure on the pan bolts. I have never read anything saying you can't but when I bought the "muscle car oil pan kit" from GM it came with bolts so I used them and they along with a new gasket were already on the pan. I don't see why you can't, all the torque to yield fasteners use the x ft/lbs of torque plus y degrees method for installation. The pan, valve covers, intake and accessories don't use that method.
