alternator wiring

alternator wiring I have a 02 escalade engine in my 55 chevy truck.It is a carb set up with a american autowire system.Im having trouble with the alternator. Can anyone tell me how to wire this and tell me which wires go where?It is a 4 prong alternator.

Post 7 and post 11 answer your question using two different methods so you have options. Earlier posts tell you where to get the connector if you don't have one.
