I want to thank everybody that was helpful with helping me figure out what was going on with my new motor not starting. As it turns out there was nothing wrong with the motor at all. The problem was in the wire harness. There was a wire that was broken at the brass conector going into the input to the PCM, causing four coil packs to not have juice. The car was sitting out in the lot with no motor in it but covered, for almost two years while some of the one off parts were made. They say the car will have between 750 and 800 hp...can't wait.
