do I have a fuel problem?
do I have a fuel problem? my 6.0l swap runs lean in the upper rpm range, about 15.xx afr according to my innovate wideband. All the while fuel pressure is at 60lbs at the rail from a walbro 255 inline, with 3/8 line. I took the hood off and watched the gauge while it was spitting and popping. Do I have a fuel problem or is something else wrong? It runs smooth and idles nice, just craps out when you get on it. any help would be great. thanks
Always look for codes on a FI engine - even if there is no MIL (light). Some codes don't trip the light and others have to recur for a certain time before they set the light.
If there aren't any codes, data log is the way to go.
For example: your PCM may be pulling timing or something in the upper PRM range due to knock sensors hearing something. I broke a cheap rubber parts store engine mount and it's metal to metal clanking caused all kinds of havoc.

Thats good insight to "out of the box" thinking.
Sorry, forgot to update... Got it tuned last summer and the o2's were bad. New o2's and a custom tune and it runs great! , or as great as a heavy Burban could run.... door to door with my brothers 96 caprice lt1 that ran a 16.0
