lsx 1gen blazerado hi everyone, i have a 1984 s10 blazer that im working on doin an ls engine swap and awhole lot of other thing. here is the break down of whats goin with the blazer.
2006 6.0 truck engine.
4L60e transmission.
ls1 intake
s10 lsx swap headers.
sfbd frame
18" boss black 338 wheels
colorado frt end swap
colorado dash swap
custom gagues.
synergy green Metallic (from 2010 camaro)
im not looking for a lot of power, im more than happy with the hp that the factory 6.0 has from factory.
this is what i had started with.
and what it shoudl look like when its done.
the rendering still needs more work but its an idea of what its goin to look like.
ill will do my best to keep this updated has much as possilbe as things start to move forward.

I think 50 post is the minimum requirement to be able to post or replies a classified ad. So you already got the f-body accessories? If not, what accessories are you gonna use cause the truck ones don't fit in first gens. The crank pulley sticks out too far. Its gonna be a sweet Blazerado!

im looking at running may the vette acc or there is a kit (cant remember the who makes it) that looks like the vette acc bracket but i can ran the truck crank pulley and alt and water pump, just need to get a type 2 powersteering pump like a f-body or vette. but i wanna run a ls1 water pump cause the water inlet tube will interfer with the t/b cable that i wanna run on my motor.

i love the rado frt end and looks like it belongs on a 1st gen dime or blazer, im also goin to do the rado dash as well and i did some measuring and the rado dash is 1" shorter than the blazer dash and 1 1/2" deeper than the blazer dash. so its goin to be fun once everything starts coming together.

well i got some part in the mail yesturday.
i also have changed the motor ill be using in the blazer i had sold the 6.0 motor to my uncle for his truck and picked up a complete 2003 5.3 motor and trans from wiring to pcm and awhole bunch of extras that the guy is giving me so when i pick up the motor ill have a bunch of extra parts for the swap. also i scored a 2004 canyon grill head lights and bumper for my frt end sway i know its not a colorado frt grill but close for now and cant go wrong with free. i also order poly bushings for my 2.8 frame mounts and will build custom engine mounts since the truck will be body dropped i need to make sure the motor dont hit the ground.
