Default TAC module, pedal, computer compatibility

Can anyone confirm or deny following statements.

1. On a DBW setup, any wiring harness with a blue green should work as long as the TAC module and pedal come from the same vehicle.

2. Any computer can run drive by wire.

Still trying to figure this out. Will any blue/green PCM work for DBW as long as the pedal and TAC are from the same vehicle, or does the pedal and TAC have to be from the same vehicle as the PCM?
