quick!! need header help fast!
quick!! need header help fast! im about to order some longtubes for my mustang swap need to know what coating would be best.
i got two options right now
79-93 351 bbk swap headers polished ceramic
94-95 302 bbk headers in chrome
i already have the ls1 flanges to weld in, but which coating would be easier to grind off at the ends for the welding prep? they are both within $10 from each other...
i will be coating them with POR 20 afterwards, so im not too concerned with the finish...
please help me out!!

351 headers will fit better in the end(clear trans better) and ceramic coating is always better. Since your going to have to mod them anyways, the fox body header should fit the new edge stang without any issues.
will the ceramics be easier to grind off and weld flanges on?
its supposed to be good up to 1400*
its not the regular por 15 chassis stuff, its por 20 especially for high heat applications.
ive read good reviews so im gonna give it a try.
