thinkin ls1 swap in a typhoon
thinkin ls1 swap in a typhoon I have a 93 typhoon that im thinkin of swapping a ls1/ls6 in. First question would be will the ls1 mate to the trans? I believe its a 700r4. Just wondering if its going to be more of a PITA than just rebuilding the 6cyl.

everybody is gonna tell ya to search, but you should check out this guys swaps... he's done more than one sy/ty conversion iirc.

appreciate it. reason i asked about the 700r4 is that mines been rebuilt by goerge blake and darn near bullit proof. btw thanks for the link.

2001 Ls6 with a 2004 Z06 cam in it, 52k heads got new springs at 42k.
Complete, Oil pan, intake, fuel rails, injectors, tb, damper, crank pully everything except the harness.
$2500 or OBO..
