looks like we are committed now there is no turning back.now just adding to the list of things to change
front drive accessories need to change.
radiator needs to be relocated.
all new exhaust
new intercooler
throttle body?
hopefully this will be worth it in the end.

thanks for the interest I would love to help you out on the intake info but I am not done with it yet. is just going to have to be suspense for you for now.

this could be the case but I am not telling.

 

well this should be easy.
just need to move the alternator.
move the ps. pump
redo the entire fuel system.
redo the entire ex. system.
move the radiator.
custom fab the headers.
custom fab the inner cooler
custom fab the intake system
change the valve springs.
swap out the tranny for something that can take more power.
fab. new tranny mount,shorten drive shaft.
should be done next week. or not
maybe I should stop drinking.lol
lots of parts to buy.

Thanks for the interest hope to be picking up speed this week lots of parts coming and it should be on the road by spring and maybe the power tour for the first couple of legs. definitely going on the power cruise in Brainerd in July. keep checking back for more progress.

making a little progress finished the new alt. bracket and the a/c compressor. at least I think there close.got a good start on the power steering and tensioner relocation.hope the new power steering pulley is here today so I can get the front drive system finished up tonight.




Boxes are starting to pour in now.my headers are here as well as the rest of the exhaust j bends. OH snap I did not know I had to weld them together.Oh well to late to change things now.

turbos are here and more work to fab the turbo system hope this week we can make some headway. I am getting excited to get rolling with more fab work.

Can I get a better shot of the accessory drive? Where did you get the idler pulleys? I have a few ideas and those just may work for me.

 

The pulleys are from street and performance .the power steering pulley is not it is from cbm and it blows the offset is totally wrong.as for the rest I am not done with it yet I will post up picts.later this week

 

So frusterating new radiator is sapose to be 26x19.shows up 25x18 and the core is 1.5 narrower than the one that I was replacing.now have to exchange this one and get a bigger one.the p/s pulley is a p.o.s. and does not fit for &$@!. But cbm said they will give me 20$ back for my troubles if I choose to keep it and machine the belt.to make it fit. I really hate this part.

 

Just wanted to give a big shout out to my friends over at.WWW.MAPERFORMANCE.COM these guys are were I got the turbos and the customer service is awesome.and the tech support is second to none.they also have other services that I had no Idea of before visiting like dyno service,cylinder head flow bench work. and have parts galore!!

This is funny. I just spotted that supercharger forsale on craigslist today and then I come on here and click on this thread for the first time and wow theres that exact supercharger. Do you usually hit car craft? Id love to see this thing in person.
